Leading UK e-liquid and vape juice manufacturer, The Zeus Group, is proving it’s not all doom and gloom for the high street with the forthcoming launch of three new physical vape shops in Scotland.  Scheduled for Spring 2022, the imminent openings lined up in Perth, Inverness and Glasgow prove that Zeus are strengthening their mission in helping the nation quit smoking for good.

The new stores will showcase the breadth of Zeus’ celebrated all-day vape juices from their in-house brands including premium offer Zeus Juice and value brand, Proper Vape, as well as exclusive hardware and limited-edition merchandise. Having amassed a cult following since it was founded in 2011, Zeus’ expansive variety of flavours and brands offer a quality vaping solution for all tastes and budgets.

Founded almost a decade ago by founder Paul Curtis, The Zeus Group has expanded from its humble beginnings in Paul’s kitchen to spanning across two operational units in Erdington, near Birmingham, and supplying over 700 vape stores across the UK.

With the sector adding £104bn gross value to the UK economy last year, recent headlines depicting retail as up in smoke have cast a dark cloud over the nation’s financial future. However, The Zeus Group’s Managing Director and retail supply-chain expert, Tim Allinson, is confident that there is no better time for the brand to open physical stores, commenting:

“Despite a challenging two years for everyone, we have come out of the other side with stronger business relationships with both suppliers and customers alike. We feel now is a great time to test the waters with our physical stores and embrace the opportunity to provide a real-life experience in which we can advise and educate those on their journey to quit smoking. As a manufacturer it is really important for us to make a closer connection to the end user of our products.

After weathering the many challenges presented by COVID-19, the new stores roll-out further strengthens the Zeus Group’s UK footprint alongside their focus on international expansion.

A positive second half of 2021 saw a UK sales increase of 2% while the business was recognised for its successes by winning two regional awards for E-commerce and Entrepreneurship.

“Opening our new stores in Scotland marks a new and exciting chapter in our ongoing domestic growth. And while we have many fans of the brand in our home region, we are really excited to further expand our reach and present Zeus to the local communities while providing a premium experience that is outside of the vaping stereotypes,” concluded Tim.
