A study conducted at the University of Dundee found that switching to vaping improved heart health within a month.

In 2014 a meta-analysis reported that quitting smoking is associated with improvements in mental health.

The report showed that over 160,000 people who quit smoking reported reduced anxiety, reduced depression, improved mood and better quality of life.

One reason for this is nicotine dependency and withdrawal cravings that happen when the nicotine levels in the body drop forcing the smoker to have another cigarette.

Vaping can help you stop smoking by reducing the amount of nicotine you consume over time.

This can be reduced over time helping vapers or dual users to cut down before quitting completely.

A twenty box of cigarettes in the UK is now £13.35 in 2021.

E-liquids can range in price but are a lot cheaper than smoking.
